Comfy alcove with a sofa, coffee table, 2nd TV. Great bed with nightstands on both sides and perfect view of the TV and the windows. Great bar/fridge/coffee area with high-top table and stools to enjoy the view out the windows. Wall of windows with views of the city and a peek at Lake Michigan. Huge bathroom with large soaking tub, multiple showerheads, separate water closet. I was impressed that she'd noted it and worked to give it to us-great customer service! She put us on the 19th floor (the top!!), and when we got there we were amazed. Upon arrival, the desk agent noted that my preference on the reservation was for a high floor.
